REFUNDS & RETURNS
All exchanges and refunds must meet the following requirements:

Merchandise exchange or refund must be initiated within 2 working days of receiving your order. To return or exchange an item, please send an email to info@skerpwear.co.za and attach a photo of the merchandise you want to return or exchange.

Merchandise must be returned to SKERP within 5 working days.

The customer is liable for any delivery fees regarding the exchange or return of an item.

A tracking number must be provided to SKERP.

All merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and unwashed.

All merchandise must include the original packaging, in its original condition.

End-of-range or clearance items may not be returned or exchanged.

Any free or promo merchandise may not be returned for cash value or exchanged for a different item. The item can only be exchanged if damaged.
