Refund and Returns Policy

REFUNDS & RETURNS

All exchanges and refunds must meet the following requirements:

  1. Merchandise exchange or refund must be initiated within 2 working days of receiving your order. To return or exchange an item, please send an email to info@skerpwear.co.za and attach a photo of the merchandise you want to return or exchange.

  2. Merchandise must be returned to SKERP within 5 working days.

  3. The customer is liable for any delivery fees regarding the exchange or return of an item.

  4. A tracking number must be provided to SKERP.

  5. All merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and unwashed.

  6. All merchandise must include the original packaging, in its original condition.

  7. End-of-range or clearance items may not be returned or exchanged.

  8. Any free or promo merchandise may not be returned for cash value or exchanged for a different item. The item can only be exchanged if damaged.
